Cappelletti Machines

Fully automatic machines with interchangeable molds for the production of small and medium sized Cappelletti, Tortelloni and single sheet ravioli as squares and half-moons stuffed with meat or cheese. The thickness of dough sheet is adjustable. Filling system is continuous with precise individual portion control, amount may be adjusted by simple turn of the dial during production.

Cappelletti, Tortelloni, and Ravioli can all be produced by this machine, in varying sizes and shapes.
